Returns
At Wedding Essentials, we want our customers to be completely satisfied. Please read our “Return Policy” carefully.
When you receive your order, please inspect your items carefully. We are pleased to accept returns/exchanges on unopened, non-personalized and non-dated items. Candy/food items cannot be returned. Candles shipped by ground during the summer months cannot be returned.
NOTE: Colors vary slightly due to the manufacturing process specific to each product. Although it is impossible to achieve an exact color match for every item, small variations in color serve to enhance the overall effect of your color scheme. Products seen online do not always represent an identical color match. Color reproduction is limited by various situations beyond our control such as the hue/contrast settings on your monitor.
You must notify us via telephone (not email) to request a Return Authorization Number within 3 days of receipt of your order and it must be returned to Wedding Essentials within 10 days of receipt of your order.
Shipping is non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. All returns or exchanges are subject to a 15% restocking/service fee.
Instructions for returning an item
You must contact us via telephone at 1.972.346.9700 (not via email). You will be given a Return Authorization Number (RAN) by a customer service representative. Clearly write this RAN on every package being returned. All exchanges/returns must be repackaged in their original shipping carton including packing materials and shipped to the address below via UPS or Insured Parcel Post. (All items being exchanged/returned must be in their original packaging.) We must receive the returned item within 7 business days of issuing the RAN. This 7 day window allows ample time for the return to arrive from anywhere in the country.

Returns sent to Wedding Essentials without a Return Authorization Number clearly written on the package(s) and/or after the 10 day time period has expired, will not be accepted. Unaccepted items will be returned at the sender’s expense. |
