Shipping

Our standard method of shipping within the continental United States is UPS ground. Sorry, we do not ship international orders.

Delivery charges are based on the total value of your order. Most orders will ship within 2-3 days of receipt. Depending on your location and the shipping method you select at checkout, your order will arrive within 8-10 business days. Add 3 days to personalized items. No weekend or holiday delivery is available.

Due to high temperatures between May 1 – Sept. 1, we recommend all candles be shipped using our express method. Orders with candles may be delayed up to 5 business days. Any melted candles shipped by ground will not be accepted for returns.

At checkout, we will ask for your wedding/event date or your “need by” date. This date is very important in helping us process your order for shipping. If you wish to provide special instructions for shipping, you may do so during the checkout process.

8.25% sales tax is charged for texas residents only.

Your order may arrive in separate shipments. Please allow a few days for everything to arrive. We will contact you if an item is backordered.

Oversized and overweight packages may incur additional charges and service restrictions. You will be contacted if this applies to your order.
